SHIPPING & RETURNS
The Builtinz family is not new to the E-Commerce scene and the process of shipping goods and products all over the nation. We have even had plenty of experience in Alaska, where everything is shipped in. Anyway, we are so proud of the amazing track record that we maintain of less than 1% returns initiated by the customer. We hope to keep it that way. Our efforts to prepare and prevent seem to be paying off.
However, we know issues do come up, therefore here is the obligatory disclaimer stuff. Happy shopping…
Shipping
UPS- Next Day shipping only applies to stock items, and to the next business day from the day the payment is completed processing.
Within the USA- All other shipping outside the state of Utah, but within the continental United States may be subject to additional charges.
International (Canada & Mexico)- Shipping may only be facilitated by the purchaser to be picked up from Builtinz warehouse or one of the affiliated warehouses. We do not make arrangements for shipping products to any other nation at this time.
Returns & Cancellations
All products returned within 7 days (5 working days) from date of purchase may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping fees only. This refund will require the approval of the Internet Sales Manager. The product must be in the original packaging and may not be opened or installed. If it has been opened or installed or damaged in any way, there will be a minimum restock fee of 20%.
Any products that do qualify for a return and refund must be in their original packing, as they were shipped to the client undamaged.
No returns on special orders, obsolete, clearance, displays, overnight shipped orders or B-stock products. Products shipped from outside the United States also do not qualify for returns.
Items may not be returned for pricing or color reasons only.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of processing the order, except overnight shipped orders.
Back orders will be communicated with the customer, and will have 48 hours to cancel the order unless notified otherwise.
Damage / Freight Claims
All freight claims must be processed with the delivering freight carrier. Damage must be noted on delivery receipt at time of arrival. Most carriers will allow about 20 minutes to inspect and note any damage to packing or containers. Freight carrier freight claim process must be followed. If a replacement product is required, the freight carrier must first pay for the replacement product before a new product order will be processed.
Errors & Omissions
Because the product lines, specifications, features and pricing update so frequently, Builtinz is not able to guarantee information is free from errors. The highest liability that can be claimed is the total cost of the product and shipping if it is deemed appropriate by Builtinz to accept a return and refund of the product.
Design Services Liability Release
The execution of the design and products used cannot be verified on site, therefore Builtinz is released for any and all liability of the designs provided. customer takes complete responsibility to verify all details in the design required to complete the project as conceptualized.
Warranty Claims
Most manufacturers are very good about responding quickly to any warranty claims for manufacturer defects. However, if there is additional help or support needed to process a claim, please reach out to us, and let’s see what we can do.
