30 MINUTE VIDEO CONFERENCE WITH DESIGNER

If a chance to discuss design questions or concerns is important to you, a video conference may be just what you need. We listen, take notes, and give advice to meet the needs of your project. You will receive a video conference meeting invite. You will need to have a device with a camera or a webcam attached to your computer.

MECHANICAL PLANS

Your project can go much smoother by including a set of mechanical plans. This helps your electrician, plumbing, gas pipe installer, HVAC contractor, etc to know where switches, outlets and more are placed. It can make your general contractor’s project experience much better also. Please note that we do not specify particular fixtures, and we only design one plan with up to two revisions.

COLOR SELECTION

Do you have a hard time choosing colors or materials? We don’t. Color enriches how you enjoy an environment, and gives personality to your spaces. Sometimes it is dominated by themes; other times it is eclectic and transitional. The only requirement we have is that you have already chosen one color for your paint or for your cabinets. We will then build three color palettes and recommended materials to go with your starting color.

High Quality Printed Plans

You may want to have a larger printed version of your plans for easy reference. We print three of your complete set of plans, including floor plans, elevations, 3d rendering perspectives and color renderings as included in the design package service you choose. They will be printed on 11 x 17 size paper and shipped in a tube for you to give to your contractor, jobsite and perhaps for your own copy and project records.

Expedited Next Day Plan Completion

If you have found yourself in a time crunch, we can help. Our normal turn around time is 3-4 days, but sometimes that is just not fast enough. Expedited Next Day Plan will shave 2-3 days off the return of your completed design plans, getting you on your way!

Order your design package with any choice upgrades.

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an easy design survey to fill out with information. Submit with your plans or room measurements using our easy to follow guide.

Within 5 business days you will receive a set of design concepts to review. Spend time with family and friends considering the design elements and make changes that you want. All along you have our Certified Kitchen Designer and talented support team reviewing and giving feedback.
